Extremely friendly staff who are always willing to give advice. Comfortable and warm rooms, perfect for winter visits. Delicious and varied breakfast, the best we had in Norway. Convenient central location with spacious rooms. Late check-out offered as a courtesy on Sundays. Lovely evening light meal in the lounge after a long day of sightseeing. Superb bathroom and shower in our comfortable and quiet room. Excellent recommendations from the staff for dining options. Complimentary coffee in the 8th-floor lounge is a great perk. Gym available for use.

The breakfast at Thon Hotel was really good - a fantastic start to the day. The location was perfect for exploring the city, and the staff provided great advice on what to visit. the room wassuper clean and cozy, and the gym had everything I needed.

Here had the perfect location, situated in the heart of the city and just a short walk from the central train station. The service here was exceptional, from check-in to check-out, the staff were always friendly, efficient and professional. The room amenities provided everything I needed, such as a mini-bar, in-room safe, tea and coffee facilities, and an ironing board. The dining restaurant was top-notch, serving an impressive breakfast buffet with a wide variety of choices. The leisure facilities were also great, with a fitness studio and flat-screen tv in the lounge area.

The hotel is located in a great area, close to many of the popular attractions in the city. It is within walking distance to the harbor, where you can enjoy the scenic views and take a boat tour. Additionally, it is situated in an interesting area of the city, with plenty of good restaurants and bars nearby. If you're interested in exploring the city's history and culture, you can easily visit the museums on Bygdoy island.

The check-in process on a public holiday afternoon was a bit slow, causing some inconvenience for guests. The staff seemed to struggle with a problem related to one person's check-in for business and with the organization account.

The bathroom with a rain shower and bath was a perfect treat after a long day of exploring the city. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options that left us satisfied and full. The staff, especially the receptionist, went above and beyond to make our stay outstanding. The location was convenient, close to the city hall and national gallery. excellent value for money and a highly recommended hotel.

This hotel is in the heart of the city, making it extremely convenient. I could easily walk to all the main attractions, including the Royal Palace and the Akershus Fortress. The staff at the reception desk were friendly and efficient, and they even accommodated my request for an early check-in. The room itself was well-equipped, with amenities such as ironing facilities and a mini-bar. The hotel also had a lovely lounge area where I could relax and enjoy a drink. And let's not forget about the delicious breakfast and included supper - they were a great way to start and end the day!

This hotel is conveniently located for travellers, about a 15-minute walk from the train station, and easy to find. It's also a great base for exploring museums or taking the Oslo-Bergen railway. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and modern, with good natural light. Guests are treated to a free daily breakfast that is top-notch, with plenty of variety and fresh options. The staff is friendly and offers excellent service. Wi-Fi is free and reliable, and the complimentary Nespresso coffee in the foyer is a great perk.

The noise level in some of the rooms is an issue, as they face a busy road with trams running nearby, which can make it difficult to sleep.
